The Original

You will be receiving the ORIGINAL artwork painted in acrylic on canvas and signed by the artist. It will arrive varnished for protection and unframed. I finish the edges of the canvas so that you will be able to display your portrait without a frame. I paint on “standard” size canvas, so you will easily be able to choose a frame and even frame it yourself (I like to use frame clips). Extreme care will be taken in the packaging and shipping of your artwork. All shipping will be standard, unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions Agreement.

Digital Copies

I scan my originals to obtain a digital copy for reproduction purposes. This acts as a form of “insurance” on your painting. Should anything unexpected happen to it, I would be able to have a Fine Art Print made from the digital image. It would be an exact replica of the original, printed on canvas and signed. As the artist, I retain all copyrights on the artwork.

Greeting Cards and More

From the digital image or scan, I am also able to create merchandise with the image. You may purchase this merchandise through my website. You can share your portrait with greeting cards, postage, mouse pads and more!

Cancellation

If you have placed your order and you wish to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible. You will be refunded the total amount paid minus 3% for credit processing fees. If you have already entered your scheduled “block” period and you wish to cancel, I cannot refund your deposit, as it pays for materials and time spent.
